Hoshiarpur:- Gurmeet Singh alias Romi, a resident of village Meghowal, has set an example of honesty by returning a purse that fell on the road near the new bus stand, Mahalpur, on the Mahalpur-Garhshankar route to its owner, Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukha, a resident of Mahalpur. The honesty of this youth is being highly appreciated in the area.
Giving information on this occasion, Sukhwinder Singh (Pandit Workshop) said that his purse was lost on Wednesday and he tried hard to find it.
He said that the purse contained Rs 26,500, Aadhaar card, PAN card, license, ATM card and other necessary documents. Sukhwinder Singh said that late on Wednesday night, the youth called and said that he had the purse and this morning he returned the purse.
