Chandigarh, March 7:- Haryana Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the state government's aim is to build a safe and educated society. This is not only the dream of the government but also a real resolution, which is being continuously made to realize.
The cabinet minister was addressing a program organized at a private school in Narwana today.
The minister said that in the general budget presented by the state government, a women's police station has been given to the Narwana assembly constituency. This will further strengthen women's safety in the area and a new chapter will begin for women.
He said that health services and facilities have been expanded in the Civil Hospital of Narwana. There is a plan to increase the hospital from 50 beds to 100 beds, due to which the people of the area will be able to get better treatment and health facilities.
He said that the general budget of the state government is a mirror of the all-round development of Haryana. In this, all sections including women, youth, farmers, employees, traders and entrepreneurs have been taken care of. This is a welfare budget which is going to lead towards the progress of the state. On this occasion, the minister congratulated Narwana's daughter Swati Arya, daughter of Dilbagh Shastri, for getting All India Rank 366 in UPSC and bringing glory to the region and Haryana and said that this is a symbol of women empowerment.
