Mohali:- The association's election process had been ongoing for several days. After some members withdrew their nominations, a team was formed with unanimous consent. Presiding Officer Colonel PPS Narula announced the winning candidates.
Brigadier Jagjivan Singh Jagdev was elected President and Mr. Jarnail Singh Vice President. Ravjot Singh was elected Chief Convener and Harinder Pal Singh 'Harry' was elected Secretary, Public Relations. Mrs. Palwant Kaur Pali was elected Secretary, Welfare, and Mr. Harjinder Singh was elected Secretary, Events and Cultural Affairs. Furthermore, Harkirat Singh, Krishna Pal Anand, B.B. Gupta, Manjit Kaur, and Avtar Kaur were also elected as five executive members.
Briefing reporters, the association's Public Relations Secretary, Harinder Pal Singh "Harry," stated that Brigadier Jagdev thanked them and assured them that with a new and energetic team, the MSCA's mission would be furthered, particularly for the welfare of the elderly and society. He also sought the cooperation of all members to ensure the smooth running of the association.
It is worth noting that the association is elected for a two-year term, and this is the third time the association has been elected unanimously under Brigadier Jagdev's presidency.
