Chandigarh - Haryana ADGP Y. Puran Kumar recently committed suicide with his licensed revolver. An eight-page suicide note was found near him, naming several IAS and IPS officers. The IPS officer's wife, Amneet Kumar, filed a complaint at the Sector 11 police station, requesting an FIR against the IAS and IPS officers mentioned in the suicide note.
Amneet Kumar had called a press conference today at his official residence, No. 132, Sector 24, Chandigarh, but the press conference could not take place due to some reason.
