Una, February 28:- To ensure the successful conduct of the General Elections of Panchayati Raj Institutions 2026, tenders in sealed envelopes have been invited from experienced and eligible suppliers for the supply of necessary election material in Una district. District Panchayat Officer, Una, Shravan Kumar informed that applicants for election material can submit their tenders at the District Panchayat Officer's office by 11:00 am on March 18. The received tenders will be opened by a committee constituted in the office of the District Panchayat Officer, Una on March 18 at 3:00 pm.
He informed that for conducting the election process in a smooth, transparent and systematic manner, essential materials like RO Metal Seal – 132 Nos., PO Metal Seal – 152 Nos., Arrow Cross Mark Seal – 628 Nos., Metal Scale for Separating Ballot Papers – 94 Nos., Needle – 291 Nos., Cup for Keeping Indelible Ink – 138 Nos., Canvas/Cloth Bags for Sealing Ballot Boxes – 1860 Nos., Blade – 603 Nos., NOTA Stamp – 221 Nos., Cloth Bags for Stationery – 430 Nos., Gunny Bag – 285 Nos. and Distinguishing Mark Seal – 994 Nos. are required.
Interested suppliers can get the tender form along with the prescribed conditions from the office by paying a fee of Rs.500.
