Una, February 11: The executive committee elections of the Himachal Pradesh Clerical Association, District Una, were held on Wednesday at the Public Works Department Rest House. Tara Singh, posted at the department's SC office, was unanimously elected president for the seventh consecutive time.
Sohan Lal was elected senior vice president, Prem Chand general secretary, Vimla Devi, Gurnam, and Ramdayal vice presidents, and Pirthi Chand joint secretaries. Man Singh was elected finance secretary, Jagdish Chand organization secretary, Ashwani Kumar and Sushil Kumar press secretaries, Amit Kumar and Mumehar Singh organization auditors, Ranbir Singh legal advisor, Pushp Raj chief advisor, and Surinder Kumar and Kamal state representatives.
Addressing the executive committee, Tara Singh stated that he has consistently reposed faith in the organization's responsibility, and he will always strive to live up to that trust. He said that the employee union is not just an organization, but rather a voice of unity among us all, a means to protect the interests of employees and advance the resolution of their problems with strength. He expressed hope that all elected members of the executive committee will discharge their responsibilities with complete honesty.
