Patiala- During the monthly meeting of the Dedicated Brothers Group Patiala, Government Girls College Principal Dr. Swinder Singh Rekhi, while thanking all the members as the Chief Guest, stated that this social service organization is doing commendable work. This includes helping needy students; providing financial assistance for surgeries and medicines for poor patients; offering computer training to unemployed youth; organizing blood donation camps multiple times a year; distributing water coolers to poor laborers; providing daily meals to hungry laborers; imparting training in disaster management, first aid, and fire safety to students; educating them on values, social decorum, and responsibilities; honoring meritorious teachers and students; and celebrating the birthdays of the elderly.
Organization President Dr. Rakesh Verma, Secretary Mr. Harpreet Singh Sandhu, and Vice-Chairman B.S. Bedi said that in the event of rising disasters, fires, gas leaks, electricity issues, petroleum hazards, heart attacks, cardiac arrests, fainting, or shock, students are being made aware by Mr. Kaka Ram Verma on how to ensure their own safety and assist victims.
Students from Shaheed Hakeet Rai Model Senior Secondary School requested that every person should plant at least five fruit-bearing trees during the Van Mahotsav festival by September and ensure their protection. By singing the song "Mere Punjab di mitti nu mela na karna" (Do not pollute the soil of my Punjab), they prayed for making Punjab healthy, fit, safe, and prosperous by increasing awareness regarding drinking water, trees, fertile soil, and sentiments of brotherhood and humanity.
Stage Secretary Dr. Rishma Kohli explained methods to stay safe from heatwaves, sunstroke, cholera, and dehydration. Senior Advocate Randeep Singh requested that students and youth should be inspired to live their lives according to the laws, principles, and norms of the nation, society, nature, and humanity. 
This is because, due to mistakes, crimes, and bloodshed, minors, youth, and married men and women often spend their entire lives behind bars in prisons, regretting their sins. On this occasion, 21 members were honored with gifts on the occasion of their birthdays.
