Ratia, February 9:- As per the orders of the state government, the solution camps being organized for the quick resolution of the common people's problems are proving to be a powerful and reliable medium for the public. On Monday, SDM Surendra Singh listened to the problems of the people at the sub-divisional level solution camp and instructed the officials to resolve them.
At the solution camp, applicant Bhola Singh raised the issue of removing a plot wrongly added to his family ID, Baljit Singh Sahnal requested correction of income details in his family ID, applicant Satpal Mangla requested a permanent solution to the sewerage problem in Model Town Ratia, Manjit Singh requested raising the level of the street and ensuring proper drainage of rainwater from the surrounding houses, Rinku complained about an incorrect electricity bill, Vidya Rani raised the issue of her disability pension, and Nayab Khan complained about an obstruction in the street.
On this occasion, SDM Surendra Singh instructed the officials to ensure timely and quality disposal of the complaints. He also appealed to the general public to take maximum advantage of these camps and present their problems to the concerned officers. Solution camps are an effective means for the quick resolution of the common people's problems, therefore, officials should act on each complaint with sensitivity.
