Hansi (Dinkar Gawri):- A meeting of the Senior Workers Contact Cell of the Bharatiya Janata Party was held at the local BJP office under the chairmanship of District Convenor Ashok Kanaujia. Addressing the meeting, the cell’s National Convenor Nagendra Nath Tripathi said that senior workers serve as the backbone of the BJP. He said the party’s position as the world’s largest political party was largely attributable to its senior workers. Tripathi added that the experience of old workers, combined with the enthusiasm of new workers, would help Narendra Modi become Prime Minister for the fourth time. He said the opposition in the country was disheartened and wanted to create disorder, but its intentions would never succeed.

Dhooman Singh Kirmich, State Convenor of the Senior Workers Contact Cell and Vice-Chairman of the Haryana Saraswati Heritage Development Board in the Haryana Government, said that the overall growth of the party was taking place under the guidance of senior workers. He said that when workers had limited resources and circumstances were unfavourable in the past, they worked hard to take the party to new heights. According to him, this was why the BJP was now in power at both the national and state levels.

Sita Ram Yadav, State Co-Convenor of the Senior Workers Contact Cell and former MLA from Ateli, said that old workers would be given due respect and recognition, and the cell would be constituted down to the mandal level by November. He said the guidance of senior workers would be utilised to strengthen both the government and the organisation. Yadav added that communities that forget their past eventually perish. He said BJP workers function like members of one family.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Hansi district president Ashok Saini thanked all the workers. Hansi district in-charge Pratibha Suman was also present on the occasion. The proceedings were conducted by Ashok Dhaliya, Convenor of the Hansi Assembly constituency. Barwala Assembly Convenor Randhir Singh Dheeru, Narnaund Assembly Convenor Raghuvir Singh Sihag, and senior workers Rajendra Lamba, Jagdish Bhatia, Ram Mehar Lohan, Sadhu Ram Jakhar, Ram Niwas Fauji, Advocate Rajendra Garg, Ramphal Boora, Narendra Narang, Vijay Bansal, Prem Verma, Narendra Malik, Praveen Godara, Rajpal Niyana, Dharamvir Gurana, Hemant Sharma, Manoj Raheja, Satish Sindhu, Wazir Jamawari and hundreds of other workers were present.
