Mahilpur, November 10:- A seminar on ‘Cleanliness and Mental Health in Modern Times’ was organized under the leadership of Principal Dr. Rohtansh at Sant Baba Hari Singh Memorial Khalsa College of Education, Mahilpur. Retired Civilian Gazetted Officer from Rashtriya Military School Chahal and Mr. Sanjay Karir participated as the main speakers on this occasion.
Mr. Sanjay Karir was welcomed under the leadership of Principal Dr. Rohtansh of the college. In his address on this occasion, Mr. Sanjay Karir said that in today’s hectic life, major disorders are occurring in the mental health of the human being due to which the human being is surrounded by various types of mental problems. He said that there are many reasons for the deterioration of mental health, one of which is the living in a polluted environment and disconnection from nature.
He told about the problems arising due to mental health disorders and shared information about important points related to maintaining mental health. He said that physical health can be achieved only with mental health and a person can contribute to the foundation of an ideal society by instilling love, respect and morality for the society within himself.
On this occasion, Mr. Sanjay Karir was honored by the administrators. Finally, Principal Dr. Rohtansh shared words of gratitude. All the staff and students of the college were present on this occasion.
