Hansi:- SDM Rajesh Khoth listened to public grievances during a 'Samadhan Shivir' (Redressal Camp) organized on Monday at the District Secretariat complex.
During the event, several complaints were resolved on the spot, while specific deadlines were established for the resolution of numerous other issues.
During the camp, Ashok Kumar, a resident of Jagdish Colony, raised the issue of a lack of sewer cleaning services in the area. In response, the SDM directed officials from the concerned department to inspect the site and ensure a speedy resolution to the problem.
Meanwhile, a resident of Adarsh Nagar lodged a complaint regarding an unauthorized credit card that had been fraudulently issued in his name. Taking the matter seriously, the SDM directed the relevant officials to take immediate action and resolve the issue.
Issuing necessary directives to the departmental officials present at the camp, SDM Rajesh Khoth ensured the on-the-spot resolution of several complaints and instructed that the remaining issues be resolved as expeditiously as possible
