Hoshiarpur- Recently, Sant Baba Satnam Singh Ji, Mukhti Kar Sewa Kila Anandgarh Sahib, in view of the influx of devotees at Hola Mohalla, had constructed a temporary mini bypass on Banga Road in Garhshankar and handed it over to the devotees. Which is proving to be very beneficial for traffic. But due to the absence of a railway crossing at this place, there are chances of closure of this road.
A request letter was sent to the Railway Minister today through former MP Avinash Rai Khanna under the leadership of Kandi Sangharsh Committee state leader Darshan Singh Mattu, Janwadi Istri Sabha state leader Subhash Mattu and Vikas Manch Garhshankar president Kulwinder Sangha.
On this occasion, the above leaders said that due to the heavy traffic problem in the city and the daily accidents, Sant Baba Satnam Singh Ji, Head of Kar Sewa Qila Anandgarh Sahib, with the support of the Sangat, had constructed a temporary mini bypass near SD School. Which is proving to be very beneficial for the people and hundreds of vehicles pass through here daily.
Due to which the traffic problem in the city has also got some relief. Therefore, the Railway Department should arrange a permanent railway gate at this place so that the people can continue to benefit from it. On this occasion, Avinash Rai Khanna assured them that he would get it resolved on priority basis.
On this occasion, apart from former MP Avinash Rai Khanna, Darshan Singh Mattu, Bibi Subhash Mattu, Kulwinder Sangha, Dr. Lakhwinder Kumar, Dr. Soni Boda, Charanpreet Singh Ladi, Dr. Harbans Lal, Dharamjit Singh Raja, Krishan, Sukhwinder Singh, Harbhajan Lal, Anju Bala and Vijay Kumari were present.
