Relaxation in compassionate appointment policy for families of soldiers martyred in war of Haryana origin approved

Chandigarh, November 3 - A cabinet meeting held here under the chairmanship of Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini approved a significant relaxation in the policy of the Haryana Government for compassionate appointment to the families of soldiers martyred in war of Haryana origin.
With this decision, compassionate appointments will be provided in two such cases, in the first case, Mr. Sameer, son of War Martyr Sepoy Satish Kumar (Army), who was martyred in action in Operation Parakram on 28 December 2001 and in the second case, Mr. Jangveer Takshak, son of War Martyr Sepoy Jagdish (Army), who was martyred in action in Operation Rakshak (Jammu and Kashmir) on 26 July 2000.
