Patiala, June 16, 2026:- Today, outsourced Class IV gardeners associated with the Class Fourth Government Employees Union (1680) of the Punjab Public Works Department (PWD) and the Horticulture Branch, Patiala, held a meeting at the Union office in Rajpura Colony. State President Darshan Singh Lubana attended the meeting.
It was decided that to facilitate the inclusion of outsourced workers into the department and to initiate the process of regularization, all required identity proofs and documents will be collected from the workers and submitted to the Divisional Office. During the meeting, State President Darshan Singh Lubana spoke to the Executive Board over the telephone to clarify the documentation process, and it was decided that employees would collect and submit the necessary documents within two days.
A special meeting of these outsourced employees is scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Room No. 404, 3rd Floor, Nirman Bhawan, Mini Secretariat, Patiala. State President Darshan Singh Lubana and other district leaders will attend this meeting, and all employees have been urged to participate responsibly.
