Dhuri, July 28:- Reaffirming the Punjab Government's commitment under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to ensure responsive, transparent and people-centric governance, OSD Sukhveer Singh and Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon today held 'Lok Milni' programmes in villages Kaleran and Kaheru, where they interacted directly with residents, listened to their grievances and issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned officials for their prompt redressal.
Addressing the gatherings, OSD Sukhveer Singh said that the Bhagwant Singh Mann Government is committed to ensuring that government services and grievance redressal mechanisms are easily accessible to every citizen at their doorstep. He said that the 'Lok Milni' initiative has emerged as an effective platform for direct engagement between the Government and the public, enabling swift, transparent and accountable resolution of public issues.
Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon said that the Punjab Government is working tirelessly for the welfare of the people and is ensuring that the benefits of various welfare schemes reach every eligible beneficiary. He urged people to actively participate in such public outreach programmes and bring their grievances and suggestions before the administration so that timely and effective action can be taken.
