Karnal, September 05:- Newly appointed Superintendent of Police, Karnal, Karan Goel, IPS, arrived at the SP Office today and formally took charge of his position. On his arrival, all gazetted police officers of the district welcomed him. Upon reaching the District Secretariat, he was presented with a Guard of Honor by a police contingent.
According to the police spokesperson, after assuming office, SP Karan Goel met with senior police officers and other officials deployed in the district to review the law and order situation, crime statistics, and key policing matters. Issuing necessary directives, he instructed officers to ensure crime control and law enforcement as their utmost priority. Prior to this posting, IPS officer Karan Goel served as DCP West, Gurugram.
On this occasion, ASP Ravindra Kumar, DSP Headquarters Sandeep Singh, DSP City Rajiv Kumar, DSP Mahavir Singh, DSP Gorakhpal, DSP Satish Kumar Gautam, and other senior police officers were present.
Outlining his priorities, SP Karan Goel stated that maintaining law and order, effective prevention of crime, and taking strict legal action against criminals remain the top priorities of the police force. He made it clear that no individual will be allowed to take the law into their own hands.
