Hansi:- The district administration is going to take an important initiative in the direction of connecting students with future technologies. From the upcoming August 1, students from class 5th to 8th in government schools of the district will be provided information about various tools and techniques related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The objective of this initiative is to develop technical proficiency among students and prepare them according to the requirements of the changing digital era.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal, while giving this information on Tuesday, said that the district administration is continuously working towards implementing AI-based education at the school level in collaboration with the Education Department. He said that in the government schools where computer labs are currently available, teachers have already been given preliminary training related to Artificial Intelligence. Trained teachers have been doing practical practice of various AI tools for the past one month these days, so that they can provide information about these modern technologies to the students in a simple and effective way.
He said that from August 1, trained teachers will start giving information to students in their respective schools about Artificial Intelligence tools, their uses, their role in education and their practical applications in daily life. This will increase students' interest in new technologies and their technical knowledge will also be strengthened.
The Deputy Commissioner said that at present Artificial Intelligence is one of the most important technologies of the future. In such a situation, introducing students to this technology at the school level itself will prove to be an important step towards preparing them for future challenges and new employment opportunities. He expressed confidence that this initiative will make the students of Hansi district more technically capable and will inspire them to move forward in the field of innovation, research and digital education.
