Mohali, 12 january:- Mohali Senior Citizens Association organized a seminar on green environment and e-waste dedicated to Shri P.H. Vaishnav. The chief guest was Sardar Bhupinder Singh Kohli MD, Janta Enclave, Kharar and the speakers were Dr. Ravinder Khaiwal and Mr. Vivek Srivastava.
Inaugurating the program, Brigadier J.S. Jagdev Ji, President of Mohali Senior Citizens Association, welcomed the chief guest and speakers on their arrival. Brigadier J.S. Jagdev, President, Sardar Jarnail Singh, Vice President and Sardar RP Singh Wig, Secretary, presented them with a plant each on behalf of the project.
While giving information to the journalists, the Secretary Public Relations of the Association, Harinder Pal Singh Harry, said that while giving information on the environment to the members of the association, Dr. Ravinder Khaiwal told that keeping the environment clean is important for our health. He gave very detailed information and made the members aware of this. After this, Vivek Srivastava also gave special information to the members of the association regarding e-waste and told them how to take care of it and how to dispose of it.
A video full of information about Shri Vaishnav Sahib which was prepared by S. Vikram Jeet Singh Sachdeva was shown which was highly appreciated by everyone.
The stage was conducted very well by the Secretary Events of the Association, S. Harjinder Singh. After this, the General Secretary of the Association, SS Bedi, gave detailed information about the work being done by the Association. 
Finally, the President of the Association, Brigadier JS Jagdev and the office bearers of the Association honored the guests with saropes and gifts. On this occasion, the Chief Guest announced financial assistance to the Association. Super Senior Mr. AR Kumar and Mrs. Rajinder Kaur Johar were also honored.
Vice President of the Association, Mr. Jarnail Singh thanked the Chief Guest, speakers, Management of Rattan Group of Institutes, Principal Mr. Pushkrit Gupta and supporting staff for their support.
Tea and water were arranged by Mr. JS Ramgarhia. The langar prepared by Mr. Narinder Singh was thoroughly enjoyed.
