Hoshiarpur: MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa inaugurated park development works in Ward No. 26, undertaken at an estimated cost of approximately ?20 lakhs. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that providing better amenities to the residents of the area is his top priority, and it is with this objective in mind that the beautification and development of the park are being carried out.
MLA Jimpa informed that the park would feature the construction of a boundary wall, new railings, a walking track, swings for children, and other essential amenities, thereby ensuring a better and safer environment for the children, youth, and elderly residents of the locality. He added that the developed park would not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area but also play a pivotal role in promoting health awareness among the people.
He further stated that the Punjab government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is working relentlessly towards urban development, and development projects tailored to the specific needs of the residents are being launched in every ward.
Expressing their gratitude to MLA Jimpa for initiating the park development works, local residents remarked that this project would bring significant relief and improved amenities to the people of the area.
