Hoshiarpur- MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today inaugurated the work of laying sewer line at Ward No. 16, Gugga Pir Road at a cost of about Rs. 20 lakh. MLA Jimpa said that under the leadership of the Punjab government, development work is going on continuously in every ward of Hoshiarpur city.
He said that keeping in mind the convenience of the people, special attention is being paid to the construction of sewerage, roads and drains, so that the citizens can get a clean and good environment. He clarified that no kind of delay or negligence will be tolerated in the development works and all the contractors have been instructed to complete the work on time.
MLA Jimpa said that it is his resolve to ensure equal development in all areas of the city and the problems of the people are being solved on priority basis. He said that the Punjab government is fully dedicated to public welfare works and providing facilities to the public is their first priority.
