Una, October 12:- The road from Mehatpur to Bangarh via Bhabour Sahib in the Una subdivision, covering kilometre 0/0 to 3/0, will remain temporarily closed to traffic from October 13 to 22. During this period, traffic will be diverted at Ghalor Chowk via the Bangarh-Nangra road.
Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal has issued orders in this regard under Sections 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
The Deputy Commissioner said the orders had been issued to facilitate the timely and smooth completion of essential construction work on the road. He has directed the concerned officials to inform the public about the road closure and install advance signboards providing information about the traffic diversion.
