Hansi, September 05:- A meeting was organized on Saturday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal in the VC Auditorium at the District Secretariat to review preparations for the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, which will run from September 17 to October 17. Officers from various departments attended the meeting. The Deputy Commissioner thoroughly reviewed the preparation for various activities to be organized during the drive and issued necessary directions to the officers. Prior to the meeting, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini held a video conference with all Deputy Commissioners and concerned officers across the state to give necessary instructions regarding the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. The Chief Minister directed that the activities be conducted effectively while ensuring maximum public participation.
During the district-level meeting, Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal stated that the objective of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is to strengthen the spirit of service, dedication, and public participation while connecting citizens with welfare schemes and services of the government. He asked officers to frame the layout of every program well in advance and complete all necessary arrangements in a timely manner.
He mentioned that various activities, including 'Aashirwad Ka Diya, Seva Mera Yogdan, Namo Seva Gatha, Aangan Ka Utsav, Kahani Badlav Ki, Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, and Seva Jyoti Yatra', will be organized under the campaign. These activities aim to engage different sections of society and foster a spirit of service and community involvement.
The Deputy Commissioner directed that officers assigned duties for specific activities must execute their responsibilities with utmost dedication, seriousness, and commitment. He emphasized that all departments must work in close coordination so that every scheduled activity is executed systematically and effectively within the set timeframe.
He stated that participation from public representatives, students, youth, women, social and voluntary organizations, and other sections of society should be ensured. Programs should not be limited to mere formalities, but made impactful through active community involvement.
The DC instructed officers to review venue arrangements, schedules, required resources, staff duties, and other logistics well in advance for each activity. He added that an activity-wise action plan should be prepared for all events, with officers maintaining constant mutual coordination.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that all departments play a vital role in making the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan successful. Therefore, every officer must take their department's assigned tasks seriously and work with team spirit. He directed regular progress reviews of campaign activities and immediate resolution of any issues that arise.
During the meeting, officials presented details regarding their preparation and action plans for various upcoming activities. The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the presentations and issued directions for necessary improvements and arrangements.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal affirmed that the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan running from September 17 to October 17 will be made a success in Hansi district through widespread public participation and effective coordination. He urged all officers and employees to work toward the success of the drive with a spirit of service and dedication.
District Development and Panchayat Officer Sandeep Bhardwaj, District Elementary Education Officer Vinod Kumar, BEO Sunil Kumar, and officers from other departments were present during the meeting.
