Hoshiarpur- Backfinkey Chairman Sandeep Saini, while expressing his heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, said that the faceless RTO services launched by the Punjab government are a big gift for the citizens of the state. He said that with this initiative, now people will not have to visit RTO offices for services related to vehicle registration and driving license.
Sandeep Saini said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh, the Punjab government has implemented this modern system keeping the convenience of the public at the top. Under this, 56 major services related to the transport department have been made completely faceless. Now citizens will be able to avail the benefits of these services online from their homes or through service centers established in the district.
He said that this step is a historic improvement in the direction of curbing corruption as well as providing transparent, fast and simple services to the public. The employees of all the service centers have been fully trained in this system so that people do not face any kind of problem.
