Garhshankar, May 31:- In the results of the fifth semester of the four-year integrated B.Sc.-B.Ed course announced by Panjab University Chandigarh, the students of Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College Garhshankar have performed brilliantly and secured first and second positions in the merit list.
Giving information, the principal of the college, Dr. Amandeep Hira, said that the student **Bhavya** secured first position in the merit list of Panjab University by securing 93.46 percent marks, while **Harmanpreet Kaur** secured second position by securing 91.06 percent marks. Apart from this, **Sania** secured third position in the college by securing 81.13 percent marks.
Dr. Hira said that Bhavya and Harmanpreet Kaur had earlier secured first and second positions in the merit list in the first, second, third and fourth semesters respectively. Now in the fifth semester, both the students have maintained their continuous excellent performance and have again made it to the merit list.
He said that this achievement is not only the result of the hard work and dedication of the students, but also a symbol of the support of their parents, teachers and the entire staff of the college.
