Jalandhar, September 12:- The triennial session of Kendri Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (Regd.) will be held on September 13 at Desh Bhagat Yadgar Hall, Jalandhar. All preparations for the session have been completed. During the session, a report on the association’s organisational and literary activities over the past three years, along with its financial report, will be presented.
The session will include a discussion on the role of writers and thinkers in the context of contemporary social, political and cultural conditions. Prof. Jaipal will address the gathering as the main speaker on the subject. General Secretary of the association, Sushil Dusanjh, will present a report on its activities over the past three years.
General Secretary Sushil Dusanjh and Office Secretary Deep Devinder Singh said that a detailed account of the association’s functioning, organisational activities and financial matters would be placed before the members during the session.
The triennial election of the association will be held on October 25, 2026, at Desh Bhagat Yadgar Hall, Jalandhar. Representatives of associated literary organisations from India and abroad will participate in the election.
