Nawanshahr, September 05:- A Jaago procession was taken out in Manguwal village to prepare for the state-level rally being organized by the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) New Democracy at the Grain Market in Moga on September 26 against BJP-RSS fascism, in which a large number of women participated.
Addressing the gathering, party state leader Kulwinder Singh Waraich and district leader Hari Ram Rasulpuri said that the BJP-RSS Modi government wants to eliminate the country's Constitution and democracy to bring dictatorship to the nation, which is why critics of government policies are being suppressed. Draconian laws are being framed daily, opponents are being thrown into prisons, and even the dignity of Parliament is being dismantled.
They demanded handing over the administration of the Bhakra Beas Management Board to Punjab, transferring Chandigarh to Punjab, releasing all political prisoners and inmates who have completed their sentences, and repealing UAPA, ESMA, and other draconian laws.
They appealed to the public to attend the Moga rally in large numbers. On this occasion, Jaswant Khatkar, Sohan Singh Atwal, Sarabjit Manguwal, Baljit Dharmkot, Kiranjeet Kaur, Balveer Manguwal, and other leaders were also present.
