Patiala:- Mrs. Doli, Principal of Atma Ram Kumar Sabha Senior Secondary School, Patiala, has organized a special training camp to train her students and teachers in Scout Guide through the officers of Scout Guide New Delhi and to instill the qualities of discipline, obedience, hard work, tolerance, humility, knowledge and habits in the students. The Principal said that we should all make efforts to make children helpful angels for the country, society, home, family and environment.
On this occasion, Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety Trainer Mr. Kaka Ram Verma praised the camp activities and said that instead of making the students dance, jump, sing songs, entertain themselves, the trainings to protect themselves, their families, humanity and the country and help the victims in times of crisis are proving to be very useful in the future. The Director of Punjab School Education Board and District Education Officer Secondary Patiala have also issued instructions to provide training to students in schools on disaster management, first aid, fire safety, seasonal and rainy season survival.
Since more than 80% of people and children are dying due to sudden incidents and disasters, accidents are increasing due to negligence, haste and carelessness, therefore it is very important for educational institutions and parents to make continuous efforts to make children healthy, safe, happy and helpful angels for the victims.
