Chandigarh, July 23:- Haryana Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda today paid a courtesy call on Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Mr. Nitin Gadkari at his residence in New Delhi and sought his guidance regarding the overall development of the state and road infrastructure.
During this, Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda discussed in detail the issue of further improving the education infrastructure and highway connectivity in Haryana. He said that under the visionary leadership of Union Minister Mr. Nitin Gadkari, there has been unprecedented development of roads and infrastructure across the country. In Haryana too, the expanded network of national highways and expressways has made the movement of students, teachers and the common people extremely easy and safe.
Mr. Dhanda informed the Union Minister that a better road network is very important for the smooth and safe access of students to schools, colleges and universities located in remote rural and urban areas of the state. During the meeting, positive discussions were held on strengthening traffic safety arrangements and connectivity routes near educational institutions.
Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda said that the experience and far-reaching vision of Mr. Nitin Gadkari is inspiring for all of us. In today's courtesy call, a very meaningful discussion was held on the expansion of infrastructure keeping in mind the facilities of the youth and students of Haryana.
Union Minister Mr. Nitin Gadkari appreciated the work being done in the field of education and infrastructure development in Haryana and assured all possible support from the Central Government.
