Chandigarh, December 27:- Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Tripura Assembly Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen and prayed for peace for the departed soul.
Speaker Kalyan said that Mr. Biswa Bandhu Sen set an example in the legislative field and will also be remembered for his social work. His death is a great loss to the parliamentary field. His life was dedicated to selfless service to the people.
