Chandigarh, September 1:- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the state government is continuously working to resolve the problems related to sanitation workers. 12 demands of the workers have been accepted. The cases which are under consideration in the court are not possible to be resolved immediately at the government level. Whatever instructions come from the court, the government will take action accordingly.
The Chief Minister was replying in the House on Tuesday regarding a question asked by MLA Mr. Vikas Saharan in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha regarding sanitation workers.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Mr. Vipul Goyal has made the opposition and the people of the state aware of the entire situation by giving a detailed statement on this subject in the House. The Chief Minister said that such problems have come to the fore in the past and there were such problems during the Congress rule as well. The present government is constantly trying to find solutions to these problems instead of turning its back on them. Despite this, the Congress is doing politics on this issue.
The Chief Minister said that the opposition has every right to raise any issue in the House and can put its point before the House. The government is ready to respond to every appropriate issue and find a solution to it.
On the issue of a Congress MLA talking to a sanitation worker on a mobile phone in the House, the Chief Minister said that talking on the phone inside the House is not in accordance with the rules. If a member wants to talk on the phone, he can do so by going outside the House. All members should follow the proceedings and etiquette of the House.
The Chief Minister said that the government is working diligently on every problem of sanitation workers. Congress should not do politics on this.
