Fatehabad, March 6:- A seven-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) was organized for the non-teaching staff at Manohar Memorial College. The primary objective of this program, which commenced on March 1st, is to reinforce positive behavior, work efficiency, and institutional discipline among the staff members. Addressing the employees present during the program, the College Principal, Dr. Gurcharan Das, offered words of encouragement. He stated that the role of non-teaching staff acts as the backbone in the progress of any educational institution. Unless the administrative and support staff perform their duties with complete sincerity and dedication, the institution cannot scale academic heights.
During a special session of the FDP held today, Retired Traffic SHO Mangat Ram attended as the keynote speaker. Emphasizing the importance of discipline, he highlighted the significance of adhering to rules and regulations in both daily life and the workplace. He clarified that only a disciplined employee can effectively enhance the institution's image within society. Prominent speakers—including S.S. Malhotra, Dr. Sandhya Agarwal, Narendra Sardana, Ramandeep Singh, Kavita, Suresh, Anjali, Pawan, Nitish, and Sawan—also shared their insights during the program. S.S. Malhotra motivated the employees to uphold the institution's principles and ensure punctuality in their attendance. He remarked that even the most ambitious goals can be achieved with ease when tasks are undertaken with a spirit of teamwork. Advice was also offered on maintaining a stress-free environment at the workplace and adopting a positive outlook to ensure superior work performance. The Principal noted that this workshop is not merely confined to skill development; rather, it is proving to be a collaborative platform for fostering mutual coordination and enhancing technical knowledge among the staff members. The entire non-teaching staff of the college was present on this occasion.
