Divisional level dharna was held to protest against privatization and regularization of raw employees

Patiala:- Technical Service Union Circle Patiala President Mr. Harjit Singh Sekhon and Circle Secretary Baresh Kumar said in a joint statement that local divisions of Patiala staged a dharna at the circle level. More than 200 workers participated in this dharna. In this dharna, it was demanded that privatization be canceled, raw workers, PEXO, NCC/CRC stores and thermals, hydel meter readers all workers be made regular, ALM be given a scale of 35400.
The letter dated 17-07-2020 should be canceled and the principle of equal work equal pay should be implemented. The old pension scheme should be implemented, 18 percent DA of employees should be given. Should be given as per the orders of the High Court. Banarsi Das JE should be reinstated as per the orders of the Supreme Court. Addressing this dharna, Karamjit Singh, Darshan Kumar, Bhagwan Singh, Inderjit Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Vijay Dev and Harjit Singh addressed from TSU. Dilpreet Singh, Bikkar Khan addressed from CHB Union. 
Sandeep Khatri addressed from PESCO, at the end of the dharna, after the reinstatement of Ram Singh, Ram Singh and Joginder Singh were honored with garlands and mementos. At the end of the dharna, Harjit Singh thanked the colleagues who came.
