Batala, December 25:- Discussions were held between the Warden Service of Civil Defence Batala, Jammu and Achabal (Anantnag) on ??the subject of civil security. During this, on the arrival of Post Warden Harbaksh Singh Batala and Navneet Sharma at different places, Senior Wardens Vijay Sharma and Neeraj Sharma from Civil Defence Jammu and Deputy Divisional Warden from Town Achabal (Anantnag) Mohammad Iqbal Wani and Fire Station Incharge Ghulam Hassan, Qazikand welcomed them warmly.
During this, during mutual discussions, mutual understanding was reached regarding the civil protection being provided by Civil Defense Batala, Jammu and Achabal (Anantnag), in which the selfless services provided during Operation Sandur and Shield were specially mentioned because Civil Defense is the backbone of the country. To achieve the objectives of Civil Defense, maximum school children should be made aware through camps.
Along with this, every citizen should be motivated to become a member of Civil Defense to serve the nation selflessly so that every citizen can fulfill his due duty to deal with any natural or unnatural calamities. During this, a camp was organized for Ambulance, Recovery and Petroleum teams of “Incident Management System” at the Toll Plaza Ujru Qazikand of National Highway-44.
