Zirakpur (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), October 30, 2025: Dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Hind di Chadar Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, Constituency MLA Sardar Kuljit Singh Randhawa laid the foundation stone of road construction works including the main gate and parking improvement projects of Gurdwara Nabha Sahib in the presence of the villagers.
He said that Rs 2.78 crore will be spent on road construction works and Rs 45.00 lakh will be spent for the gate and parking improvement of Gurdwara Nabha Sahib.
MLA Sardar Kuljit Singh Randhawa said that Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji made his supreme sacrifice for the protection of religion, truth and human rights. Guru Ji's life and character are a source of inspiration for all humanity. He said that the teachings of Guru Ji are very important in today's era to strengthen tolerance, peace and brotherhood.
He said that the Bhagwant Singh Mann government is rapidly advancing development works in every sector and is committed to providing basic facilities to the people. These projects in the Nabha Sahib area will not only enhance the beauty of religious places but will also improve the facilities for the local people.
