Ratia, August 19: A meeting was held on Wednesday at the SDM office in the Mini Secretariat, chaired by DC Dr. Vivek Bharti, to review the progress of work related to the Revenue Department. The meeting involved a detailed review of matters such as *Intakal* (mutation of land records), the digital crop survey, *Tatima* cutting (sub-division mapping), and other pending tasks concerning the department.
DC Dr. Vivek Bharti directed the concerned officials to accelerate the process of creating 'Agri-Stack IDs' for farmers and to ensure the disposal of pending applications on a priority basis. He emphasized that there should be no unnecessary delays in the Agri-Stack ID process, ensuring that farmers receive the benefits of various government schemes in a timely manner.

**Special focus on pending *Intakal* cases**
The DC stated that the work progress of all *Patwaris* (revenue officials) must be reviewed regularly. Cases facing unnecessary delays should be resolved on a priority basis. He instructed officials to ensure that pending tasks are completed within the stipulated timeframes. He further directed them to personally monitor the work of *Patwaris* in their respective areas and, if necessary, hold meetings with the concerned staff to resolve any issues.

**Review of preparations for the digital crop survey**
Preparations for the digital crop survey were also reviewed during the meeting. The DC directed that the survey work commence according to the schedule and that all concerned *Patwaris* and revenue staff be adequately prepared in advance. He stressed that there should be no delays at the district level regarding the digital crop survey. Concerned officials were instructed to review daily progress and ensure that the work proceeds in alignment with the targets set at the district level.

**Instructions to officials for regular monitoring**
DC Dr. Vivek Bharti stated that Agri-Stack IDs, *Intakal* cases, the digital crop survey, and other revenue-related tasks must be monitored on a regular basis.
