Hansi: In order to accelerate the digitization work of enumeration forms in the Hansi assembly constituency under the Special Summary Revision (SSR) campaign, SDM and Electoral Registration Officer Rajesh Khoth held a meeting with the supervisors on Wednesday and issued necessary guidelines. He clearly stated that as per the timeline set by the Election Commission, the digitization work of all enumeration forms must be completed by July 10 at any cost, so that the campaign can be concluded in a time-bound and successful manner.
In the meeting, SDM Rajesh Khoth said that most of the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are performing the task of digitizing enumeration forms with complete integrity and hard work. He asked the supervisors to continuously guide the BLOs working under them, resolve their problems immediately, and monitor the daily progress of each booth so that the work is not affected at any level.
He mentioned that during the review, the speed of digitization of enumeration forms was found to be relatively slow at polling station numbers 182, 61, 95, 118, 88, and 49. The concerned BLOs have been instructed to speed up the work immediately and complete the digitization of pending forms on a priority basis. Supervisors have also been directed to specially monitor these polling stations.
The SDM instructed that by Wednesday evening, all BLOs and supervisors must complete at least 50 percent of the digitization work of the enumeration forms. He said that daily progress will be reviewed, and any kind of negligence or unnecessary delay will be taken seriously.
Rajesh Khoth also announced that one helper will be provided to all interested supervisors of the Hansi assembly constituency as per the requirement, so that the digitization work can be expedited and all targets can be met within the stipulated time frame.
He called upon all BLOs and supervisors to work with a team spirit and make this important campaign of the Election Commission a success. He said that ensuring time-bound, error-free, and quality work is a collective responsibility of all, and with this objective, all officers should demonstrate complete dedication and responsibility.
