Karnal, February 20: District Council Chief Executive Officer Amit Kumar said that officers should take all complaints received through resolution camps seriously. These complaints should be resolved on a priority basis so that the public can benefit from ongoing government schemes. No negligence should be shown in this work.
District Council Chief Executive Officer Amit Kumar was giving instructions to officers during a review meeting of complaints received at the resolution camps in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat on Friday. Earlier, from Chandigarh, Commissioner and Secretary of the Housing Department and Public Health Engineering Department, Mohammad Shain, reviewed the complaints received at the resolution camps with all the District Deputy Commissioners via video conference and issued necessary guidelines.
In the meeting, District Council Chief Executive Officer Amit Kumar instructed officers to resolve complaints received at the resolution camps promptly. They should not be reopened repeatedly. Instead, they should be resolved and the complainants should be satisfied. All department heads should ensure that every complaint is resolved within the stipulated timeframe. A quality ATR form should be completed and uploaded to the portal to prevent the complaint from being reopened. Complaints that cannot be resolved should be classified as rejected.
