Chandigarh, November 13 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini directed the department to take action against 19 executive engineers of various departments for closing some complaints of Mari Sadak App without fully resolving them and not handling the complaints properly. These include 2 of PWD, 6 of HSAMB, 2 of SSIIDC, 1 of Zilla Parishad, 5 of ULB and 3 of SSVP. Apart from this, he also directed that the concerned departments should also take action against the contractors who are not resolving the complaints within the stipulated time.
The Chief Minister gave these instructions while chairing a review meeting held here today regarding the complaints received on Mari Sadak App. He said that whatever task is given to the officers or any complaint from the people, its solution should be seen 100 percent on the ground.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the officers should close the complaint only after the complete resolution of the road complaints sent by the general public on the app, if any complaint is closed by the concerned officer without being resolved, then strict action should be taken against them. Also, it should be ensured that white stripes and signboards are installed on the roads of the state.

Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that while instructing the officers, he said that as soon as a complaint is received on the Mari Sadak app, it should be completed within the stipulated time so that the public does not have to face any inconvenience. If any concerned officer does not resolve the complaint on time or gives wrong information, then the concerned department should take strict action against him.

**People should be made aware about the information of the Mari Sadak app
He also instructed the officials to make people aware of the information and download of the Mari Sadak app through various means, so that they can use the app for road-related problems. Apart from this, the road carts should be filled properly, negligence will not be tolerated.

**Officials should complete the work of mapping roads in 1st time
The Chief Minister also directed that it should be ensured that small and big complaints are classified separately and resolved within the stipulated time. Also, it should be ensured that the citizen who provides information by posting a photo of the carts on the app should also be talked to. He has also instructed to provide training to the officers working in the field regarding the app.
So that they can get correct information about the operation of the app. Apart from this, the department whose road mapping has not been completed till now should also do the mapping work quickly. This will make it easier to work on that road in future. Apart from this, a separate cell should be created on the app and the complaints of NH roads should be placed on it.
