Hoshiarpur:- The Punjab government has started the process of making cards for free treatment worth Rs 10 lakh under the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme. While giving information about this, Lok Sabha member from Hoshiarpur, Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, said that these health cards will be made by the leaders of AAP's youth wing by visiting every village of each constituency. Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal said that the leaders of the youth wing associated with each assembly constituency will visit the villages in their respective constituencies and after obtaining the necessary documents from the families, they will give them slips.
After which the beneficiary families will reach any small or big government hospital near them and submit this slip, after which the health cards of all the members of the family will be provided from the hospital. Dr. Chabbewal said that the documents required for making the card are Aadhaar card and voter card, apart from this, the documents required for children below the age of 18 are Aadhaar card and birth certificate.
The special thing to note here is that the details of these documents should match each other and if there is any mistake in anyone's documents, then they should get it corrected in advance so that there is no problem while making the health card. Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal has requested all the Sarpanchs of the Lok Sabha constituency to get the names of the family members in their villages whose names are not correct in the Aadhaar card, voter card, birth certificate.
He said that the Aam Aadmi Party government of Punjab under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is continuously running pro-people schemes and providing facilities to the common people. Dr. Chabbewal said that with the launch of the health insurance scheme, lakhs of people in the state will benefit. He said that currently, revolutionary changes have been made to provide health facilities in the government hospitals of the state. Now, treatment for every disease is available in government hospitals, which has brought great relief to the people of the state.
