Ambala, December 14:- Rajya Sabha member Karthikeya Sharma said that the central and state governments are continuously working for the upliftment of all sections of society. Their doors are always open to solve the problems of the people and anyone can contact them at any time without any hesitation.
Mr. Sharma was speaking as the chief guest at the programs organized in Saunta and Bhuni villages on Sunday. Earlier, Mayor Shailaja Sachdeva welcomed the Rajya Sabha member on his arrival at a program organized in Laxmi Nagar of Ambala city.
Addressing the villagers, Karthikeya Sharma said, "You are my family and I have come to meet you as a courtesy." He further said that schemes have been implemented for the upliftment of every section of society under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini. The government's goal is to ensure that people get the benefits of these schemes easily.
He assured the people that he will work to complete any problem or development projects brought to his attention.
The residents of Saunta village raised the second installment and other demands under the housing scheme. He assured that all these demands will be fulfilled. Similarly, in Bhuni village, he said that under the able leadership of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, equal development projects are being run in Haryana without any discrimination.
The villagers raised the demand for repair of the road from Thol to Bhuni and construction of a dam to overcome the problem of water drainage. The Rajya Sabha member assured the villagers that he will consult the concerned authorities and the road work will start in February. He also promised to provide all possible assistance for the construction of Gurdwara Sahib in Bhuni village.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, Rajya Sabha member Karthikeya Sharma said that today many programs have been organized in different villages and cities which have given opportunities to meet people. In response to a question regarding the Congress rally in Delhi, he said that the vote share of the Congress is decreasing and the reason for this is the Congress's own policies.
He also said that he had recently paid a courtesy call on the country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. Meeting them gives a lot of inspiration and encouragement. The domestic airport in Ambala is a big achievement. This will prove to be a milestone for Ambala.
