Patiala:- Every year lakhs of children, minors and youth in the country are becoming victims of traffic accidents, diseases and crimes because parents are giving more facilities, freedom, wealth, vehicles and bad habits to keep children happy, due to which childhood and youth are moving towards disasters, these views were expressed by Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Chief Trainer of First Aid, Safety, Health, Awareness Mission at Green Land Public Senior Secondary School, after watching the skit presented by the students, and while honoring the children by giving prizes.
Kaka Ram Verma said that it is very important to make efforts on a war footing to explain and save the minors. Himachal Pradesh Transport Department has asked for videos of traffic safety, first aid, CPR to save the lives of victims to prepare national level documentaries to make students, parents and teachers aware.
Green Land School Principal Mrs. Manju Garg prepared the students for the skit, through the skit it was shown that a bank manager taught a 16-year-old minor boy how to drive a car, gave him a car, while driving the car, the minor hit a minor and both died. The court declared the bank manager as the murderer of two minors and sentenced him to five years in prison and ordered the bank manager to sell his house and pay Rs 50 lakh as compensation to the family of the deceased child.
Kaka Ram Verma said that with the support of the government, police, education department and district administration, as well as the president of the Dedicated Brothers Group, Dr. Rakesh Verma, to protect minors from drugs, crimes, diseases and accidents, Kaka Ram Verma has formed an awareness club and is providing training to students, teachers and parents on traffic safety, disaster management, first aid, CPR, fire safety, drugs, crimes, kidnapping, cyber crime, sex trafficking, vagrancy, health and fitness, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, home security, rescue and help, and efforts are being made to make minors responsible and loyal citizens and helping angels of the victims.
The dedicated brothers group, like the government of India and Punjab, honors the students who save precious lives. By establishing the awareness club at the school, Principal Mrs. Manju Garg has been made the club president and Sarabjit Kaur has been made the secretary.
