Haroli/Una, July 7 (Rajveer Chopra): The campaign to provide free health services in rural areas—run by the 'MP Mobile Health Service' (Haroli) under the guidance of former Union Minister and Hamirpur MP Anurag Singh Thakur and in collaboration with the Prayas Society—continues in full swing.
As part of this initiative, a free health camp was organized in Gram Panchayat Gondpur Jaichand. During the camp, 110 patients underwent health check-ups, and 85 free laboratory tests were conducted. Patients received necessary medical consultations, free medicines, and important health-related information.
The health team encouraged attendees to adopt regular health check-ups, a balanced diet, hygiene practices, and a healthy lifestyle. Awareness was also raised regarding the importance of timely detection and treatment of various diseases.
District BJP General Secretary and Gram Pradhan Lakhveer Singh 'Lakhi', Deputy Pradhan Parveen Fauji, and other ward members were present on the occasion and contributed significantly to the successful organization of the camp. Expressing gratitude to MP Anurag Singh Thakur and the Prayas Society for this public-friendly initiative, Lakhveer Singh 'Lakhi' stated that the MP Mobile Health Service is proving to be extremely beneficial for the people of rural areas.
Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Ruchi, Nihal Singh, and Manish provided their services at the camp. The team examined the patients and provided necessary consultations and treatment. Appreciating the MP Mobile Health Service, locals remarked that this initiative plays a vital role in providing free and quality healthcare facilities to rural residents right near their homes.
At the conclusion of the camp, people were urged to undergo regular health check-ups and remain conscious of their health.
