Hansi (Dinkar Gawri):- Under the able leadership and guidance of Hansi Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar, Hansi Police are continuously conducting campaigns to ensure compliance with traffic rules. Along with creating awareness among vehicle drivers about traffic regulations, action is also being taken against those violating the rules. As part of this campaign, Traffic Police Station In-charge Inspector Sunil Kumar, along with a police team, visited the Hansi Truck Union and Taxi Stand to educate truck and taxi drivers about installing High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP).

Inspector Sunil Kumar informed the drivers that every vehicle must have a number plate as prescribed under the rules. Installing High-Security Registration Plates on vehicles is mandatory, and drivers must ensure that these plates are installed in accordance with the prescribed regulations. Driving a vehicle without a number plate or without the mandatory High-Security Registration Plate may invite a challan under the relevant rules. Therefore, all vehicle owners should check their number plates and complete the necessary formalities as required.

During the campaign, truck and taxi drivers were also advised to follow traffic rules, keep all essential vehicle documents complete and exercise caution while driving on the roads. The police team explained that a vehicle's number plate is an important means of identification. A properly installed number plate makes it easier to identify a vehicle. All drivers were urged to operate their vehicles in accordance with the prescribed regulations and cooperate with the police in maintaining an orderly traffic system.

Additionally, the police team also sensitised auto-rickshaw drivers about traffic regulations. They were instructed to install the prescribed number plates on their vehicles, wear uniforms as required under the rules and follow traffic regulations while driving. They were also advised to pay special attention to passenger safety and avoid creating obstructions to traffic.

The police clarified that action would be taken as per the rules against drivers who disregard traffic regulations. Vehicle drivers were advised to install the prescribed number plates, keep all necessary documents complete and follow traffic rules.

Hansi Police Appeal: Vehicle drivers should not operate vehicles without number plates or without the mandatory High-Security Registration Plates as prescribed under the rules. They should follow traffic regulations, drive safely and cooperate with the police in ensuring road safety.
