Lehragaga, December 17:- Cabinet Minister Barinder Kumar Goyal thanked the people for the huge victory of the Aam Aadmi Party in the Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad elections and said that these results are a clear proof of the trust of the people and the performance of the government. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party has registered a resounding victory on 12 out of 15 Panchayat Samiti seats, out of which the candidates were elected unopposed on 02 seats.
He said that along with this, the victory of the Aam Aadmi Party on the Zila Parishad seats is proof that the people have given priority to development, honest administration and people-friendly policies. After this historic victory, people are celebrating on a large scale across the region and common citizens including party workers are also expressing happiness.
Mr. Goyal said that in the constituency, Congress, Akali Dal (Revived) and some other parties had come out in force against AAP, but the people did not face them. The opponents tried many tricks but the people did not allow any of their tricks to succeed.
The Cabinet Minister said that these results are the seal of the people on the work done by the Aam Aadmi Party government so far for education, health, electricity, water, employment and overall development of villages. He said that this victory is not just a victory of one party, but of the common people, who have expressed faith in clean politics and the model of development at the grassroots level.
He assured that the newly formed Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad will live up to the expectations of the people and give priority to the development of villages, expansion of basic facilities and transparent administration.
Finally, Cabinet Minister Barinder Kumar Goyal thanked the party workers, leaders and voters and said that the Aam Aadmi Party will never let the trust of the people be broken and will continue to work with even greater zeal for the all-round development of Punjab.
