Hansi:– SDM and Assembly Returning Officer Rajesh Khoth stated that the distribution and digitization of voter enumeration forms are proceeding rapidly in the Hansi Assembly constituency under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign, conducted in accordance with the Election Commission of India's directives. He reported that, based on data received by 6 PM on Tuesday, enumeration forms have been delivered to 1,96,564 out of the total 2,02,464 voters in the Hansi constituency, marking a distribution rate of 97.09%. Meanwhile, 1,25,827 forms have been successfully digitized, representing 62.15% of the total voters.
SDM Rajesh Khoth stated that the distribution and digitization of the remaining forms are continuing on a war footing. Instructions have been issued to all Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to reach every eligible voter and complete the task 100% within the stipulated timeframe. He emphasized that negligence or delay at any level would not be tolerated, and action would be taken in accordance with the rules against any officials or employees found lax in their duties.
He noted that the objective of the Special Intensive Revision campaign is to make the electoral roll as accurate, up-to-date, and error-free as possible, ensuring that the name of every eligible citizen is correctly recorded. The administration is working with full seriousness to achieve this goal.
The SDM also appealed to all voters: if anyone has not yet received an enumeration form or requires further information, they should immediately contact their respective BLO and cooperate with the campaign by providing the necessary documents. He expressed confidence that, with the cooperation of the administration, BLOs, and the general public, the 100% target would be achieved within the set deadline.
