Hisar: – As per the directions of Superintendent of Police Hansi Amit Yashvardhan, Traffic Police Hansi has impounded 7 two-wheelers under traffic rules and challaned a total of Rs 1 lakh 36 thousand 500.
In Police District Hansi area today, strict action was taken by the Traffic Police on violation of road safety and rules. Under the special checking campaign, a total of 7 two-wheelers running without bullet crackers (modified silencer) and valid documents have been impounded.
Traffic police station in-charge Inspector Sunil Kumar said that the main objective of the action is to prevent noise pollution on the road and ensure compliance of traffic rules. Police clarified that strict action will be taken if registration, driving license, insurance or other valid documents are not found.
Superintendent of Police, Hansi has appealed to the drivers to keep all the valid documents of their vehicles, not to make any illegal modifications in the vehicle (like firecracker silencer) and follow the traffic rules strictly.
