Hoshiarpur- Regional Transport Officer Amandeep Kaur Ghuman said that the Punjab government has started faceless RTO services for the convenience of the public. She said that now 56 services related to the department have been started in the service centers.
RTO Hoshiarpur said that a total of 56 major services related to driving license and vehicle registration certificate have now been made completely faceless. She said that these services can be obtained through the service centers established in the district.
She said that citizens can also apply online to obtain a driving license or vehicle registration certificate themselves and can also get services through the service centers.
Amandeep Kaur Ghuman said that now the residents of the district do not need to go to the RTO office as these services will be provided through the service centers established in the district.
For this purpose, the staff of these centers have been properly trained. He further said that a helpdesk has been set up at the RTO office to assist anyone with any problem.
