Chandigarh, September 24 - The Haryana Government has appointed all Sub-Divisional Officers across the state as competent officers for the purpose of consolidation of project land with immediate effect under Section 4(1) of the Project Land Consolidation Act, 2017.
A notification in this regard has been issued by Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Rastogi.
These competent officers will now exercise the powers prescribed under the Act, complete the prescribed works and perform their duties as per the rules, orders and directions issued by the department from time to time.
