Patiala 24—09—2025: On the occasion of the beginning of Mata's Navratri, social worker Harnek Singh Mahal, who plays a leading role in local public welfare works, started the 9 Navratri fast by lighting the Akhand Jyot of Mata at his home in Ward No. 23 today. On this occasion, Ward No. 23 Councilor Medak Rupali Garg specially attended this religious function. On this occasion, he said that every person should respect all religions and should help the poor and needy people by earning their livelihood by following the path shown by their Guru Pirs.
