Hoshiarpur October 2- Kot Fatuhi Police Post Incharge ASI Sukhwinder Singh under Mahilpur Police Station while talking to Senior Correspondent Daljit Ajnoha said that strict surveillance is being maintained in all the villages under the post keeping in view the festivals.
He said that continuous action is being taken against anti-social elements and drug addicts. Under the special campaign launched by the Punjab Government "War Against Drugs", effective efforts are being made by the police in the area.
As per government instructions, those youth who are trapped in the trap of drugs but want to quit, are being sent to de-addiction centers with the help of the police.
